It was nice, and dry, enough this weekend just gone that I ventured for a solo hike up a local fell: Cunswick Scar.

Proper lovely summer’s day. ☀️

This is the end. That's it (nor)folks!

That had been a fun ride.

I shall sleep well tonight, I start to feel the strain of these 240k on my legs. Especially ending with about 60k of constant headwinds 🥵🥵

I reached the easternmost point of England, just in time having lunch with my sweet little 2yo niece. After that little escapade in Suffolk, I had to set sails north-west toward Norwich, head wind most of the way. So a break in a nice beer garden half way through is quite welcome. 30k to go!

A bit of rain during the night but it eased of when I departed. Good bye fun little shelter. Off we go. And after a few miles, I found this nice café for my breakfast.

After a nice little walk on the beach, enjoying the sunset, time to lay down. I'll stay in that little quirky caravan tonight.

Arrived at destination for today. 120k, I call it a day. Here is the view from my place.

Time to refill my personal battery!

Impromptu stop at Sheringham to buy... a nail clipper.

Always have your toe nails groomed before a long ride.

At least I had another chance to take some pics. (Not of my toes 😁)

At least I sea you.

60k since this morning. All good but the rain decided to accompany me the whole way so far. A drizzle at first and then more continuous. With the draught, I won't complain but I wish it'll be a bit drier this afternoon.

I'm going to ride the Norfolk coast this weekend.

Step 0: get everything packed and ready. That wasn't a really good start Arrived at the railway station, I realised I left my water bottles in the fridge. Had to go back and missed my train, I'll take the next one then... Haven't started, already 1h late! 😅

Step 1: train to Kings Lynn. I am lucky, they these trains are not impacted by the strike.

Finalement les pourritures macronistes arrivent parfois à nous surprendre.
En se comportant comme des grosses merdes encore plus abjectes et anti-democratiques que prévu, par exemple.

La vraie utilité des cintres aéros… transporter facilement les baguettes ! 🚀🥖

Is that just me or garmin are completely bonkers to give a badge for doing a sport activity at more than 38°C?

I had to walk out of necessity but would not have done any outdoor exercise by this temperature otherwise.

I personally don't care about these badges but I am sure some people would just take a risk to get it.

I find this just completely reckless!
